Ticket Policy
1. Payment & Refund
After purchasing your ticket, you have 72 hours to cancel your subscription and receive a 100% refund.
After 72 hours from the time of payment, tickets will not be refunded in any case.
2. Change ticket information
Upgrade ticket (eg from 5km to 25km) :
→ You need to pay the difference in ticket price + 200,000 VND management fee.
Downgrade ticket (eg from 15km to 5km) :
→ You need to pay 200,000 VND management fee.
Transferring tickets to another person (changing participant name) :
→ You need to pay 200,000 VND management fee.
